Pippa joined MTC in 2025 as a Paralegal in the Immigration Department. She plays a key role in supporting clients through the appeals process, assisting with the preparation of court bundles, drafting legal submissions, conducting client conferences, and managing case progression. Her work is driven by a strong commitment to ensuring that clients feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout every stage of their immigration appeal.

Pippa is currently undertaking her Postgraduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in London, with a view to qualifying as a solicitor. She holds a BA in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Exeter, graduating with First Class Honours, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Gender and International Relations from the University of Bristol, where she achieved a Distinction.

Her academic work has been deeply focused on immigration through an intersectional lens, with particular attention to how gender, race, and sexuality shape the experiences of those navigating international borders. Her research highlighted the vulnerabilities faced by individuals at the intersections of identity and immigration status, especially victims of trafficking, and offered a critical perspective on how UK immigration policies can exacerbate harm rather than provide protection.

Her academic background gives her a nuanced understanding of the complex challenges her clients face, allowing her to advocate effectively and empathetically on their behalf. She is passionate about ensuring that each client’s story is heard and reflected throughout the legal process.
