 Kim Renfrew

Kim is a Senior Caseworker who specialises in immigration, asylum and public law. She has more than 4 years’ experience working with clients in a wide range of immigration and asylum matters, including complex and sensitive cases.

She was Called to the Bar in 2018, after graduating from the University of Exeter in 2017 with an LLB in European Law. She completed her master’s degree in European Law at the Université de Rennes 1.

Kim is dedicated and meticulous in her case preparation. She is committed to providing a high quality service and is recognised for her drafting abilities and client care skills. She has successfully represented clients in complex asylum, deportation and human rights appeals. She has experience of assisting with litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal.

Kim acts as an advocate in immigration and asylum appeals before the First-tier and Upper Tribunals.

She is accredited as a Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s IAAS scheme.
